Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cleanly's website and cleaning-business management software (the "Service"), provided by Cleanly ("Cleanly," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Using the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@cleanlyhq.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to use it within the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, uploading malicious code, or using it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools, such as payment processors. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their products, services, or actions.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleanly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cleanly operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
